House was built in 2000 still had all original cabinetry, counter tops, flooring and layout. Homeowners were looking to open up the space to help with the flow of the kitchen and dining room with the rest of the first floor making it more spacious and inviting.
Cabinet colors are on trend and helped bring the kitchen up to date. Gold hardware and stainless steal appliances where mixed for a contemporary feel of mix metals - which is trending at the moment.
Drop Zone was designed and applied molding enhanced the backdrop of the floating bench. This molding concept was carried into the dining rooms with the wainscoting for a cohesive transition.
Pantry was repositioned for better service and to make way for the new island orientation adding to the feel of a kitchen suite per se.
Floors were sanded down and updated with a new lighter stain that would help accentuate the cabinet colors.
