Kitchen Design:
In the kitchen, we made thoughtful design decisions that turned the existing footprint into a more usable, livable space—without expanding the square footage. We preserved the original steel casement windows and wove them into the new design, adding character and a sense of history that plays beautifully against custom cabinetry, site-finished hardwoods, and premium finishes.
Added Storage:
A newly added pantry has been curated as a multifunctional hub—serving as a work area, bar, and storage solution. This extension not only elevates the kitchen’s function but enhances its flow, contributing to a more luxurious daily experience.
Bathroom Design:
Throughout each bath, refined finishes, thoughtful layouts, and subtle textures bring a calm, sophisticated sensibility to every detail. From the serene primary suite to the polished grasscloth powder room, each bathroom blends form and function along with tradition and innovation. The basement bath features clean, simple tilework that adds elegance and makes the space feel larger and lighter.
